Rule 66
Constitution and Jurisdiction of Commercial Courts
(1) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this regulation, the Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and set up a separate commercial bench as per the need of the court after obtaining the consent of the Supreme Court to settle the proceedings of the case which should be removed from the commercial court according to the prevailing law. (2) The Judge designated by the Chief Justice for the Commercial Bench under sub-rule (1) shall act as the Judge of the Commercial Bench.
(3) A joint bench of two judges constituted by round procedure from among the judges appointed under sub-rule (2) shall hear and dispose of the case.

(5) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (3), if a joint bench cannot be formed to hear a case to be heard by a commercial bench due to special circumstances, the matter other than the final settlement of the case may be heard by a bench of one judge designated for the commercial bench.
(6) According to rule 12, if there is a difference of opinion in the joint bench, in the case where it should be considered by the bench of the third judge, in the case of the case submitted to the commercial bench, it will be heard by the bench of the third judge designated for the commercial bench.
(7) Proceedings and disposal of other related cases related to the case submitted to the commercial bench will also be done by the same bench.
(8) Cases proceeding in accordance with clause (h) of sub-section (2) of section 40 of the Damasahi Act, 2063 shall be initiated and disposed of by the commercial court.
(9) Judges appointed for the Commercial Court may also take action and dispose of other cases as required.
