(1) In addition to the duties, duties and rights mentioned in Section 22 of the Act, the other duties, duties and rights of the Environment Inspector shall be as follows:-
(a) In accordance with sub-section (2) of Section 22 of the Act, if there is a need to immediately stop any action taken against the Act or this regulation, if it is possible to take permission from the department or relevant concerned body, stop it and if it is not possible to take such permission, stop such action. Rakhi will inform the concerned department or concerned body as soon as possible,
(b) After completing the inspection, submit the investigation report with the detailed description of the findings to the department or the relevant concerned body.
(2) According to clause (a) of sub-rule (1), if any information is received from the environmental inspector that any work has been stopped or has been stopped, the department or the relevant concerned body shall immediately investigate the matter and issue an appropriate order.
