(1) According to section 7, the environment inspector will monitor and inspect whether the work to be done according to the approved environmental study report has been done effectively and whether the standards related to pollution control and environmental protection have been complied with.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), in the event that an environmental inspector is not available, the following bodies may appoint the following officers or employees as environmental inspectors for monitoring and inspection:-
(a) In relation to whether the work required to be done in accordance with clause (a) of sub-section (2) of clause 3 of clause (2) of clause 7 approved in accordance with clause 7, regarding whether the work to be carried out effectively and whether the standards related to pollution control and environmental protection have been complied with, the ministry shall inform the government of Nepal or the provincial government. To authorized personnel,
(b) In relation to whether or not the work to be done in accordance with the environmental study report as per clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 3 or the environmental impact assessment report as per clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 3 approved in accordance with section 7 And regarding the compliance of standards related to pollution control and environment protection within their province, the provincial ministry to the authorized staff of the provincial government,
(c) In relation to whether the work to be done in accordance with clause (c) of sub-section (2) of clause 3 of clause (2) of clause 3 approved in accordance with clause 7 has been done effectively and whether the standards related to pollution control and environmental protection have been complied with within their local level, the local level shall To any employee of the level.
(3) Environment Inspector. Other related arrangements will be as specified.
