Rule 11
Aircraft not to be registered
Notwithstanding anything else written in this regulation, none of the following aircraft shall be registered under this regulation.
(a) Aircraft registered in other countries,
(b) Aircraft owned by Royal Nepal Army, Nepal Police and Customs,
(c) In the case of aircraft that have not received Nepali Type Certificate or Type Approval, there is no technology transfer plan to the manpower of the relevant airline operating organizations and authorities.
