Rule 75
The aircraft should be equipped with communication and aviation aids
(1) Every public passenger aircraft registered in the Kingdom of Nepal must be equipped with radio communication and aviation support equipment for information sharing and aviation assistance.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), other technical matters related to installation of communication and aviation aids in the aircraft shall be as mentioned in the annex and manual.
