Section 93
Inheritance can be revoked
(1) The party appointing the heir may, at any time, revoke the inheritance he has given and file a lawsuit or appoint another person as an heir.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if the case is filed by the party concerned, he/she shall inform the court through a petition.
