Rule 91
Submission of annual performance report
(1) Within three months of the end of the financial year, each office shall prepare an annual performance report with the following subjects and submit it to the relevant ministry through the relevant department and a copy to the relevant office of the Controller of Funds and Accounts. When submitting the report in this way, a copy of the report as per Rule 90 should also be attached:-
(a) Date of submission of budget and program (b) Date of submission of financial statements to the concerned office,
(c) Date and office of submission of financial statements for audit purposes,
(d) Audited amount of revenue, bond allocation,
(e) Total unaccounted amount,
(f) Date of receipt of Beruju's letter,
(g) Date of submission of reply of Beruju,
(h) Amount audited against the current year (i) How many invalid marks were obtained including previous invalid marks and subsequent invalid marks, how many of them were checked and discarded, the amount,
(j) Whether the budget is updated or not, if updated, which financial year is the budget sub-heading,
(k) Date of how many times inspection of customs goods was carried out,
(l) whether maintenance or auction sale of the goods has been done or not, if done, the date thereof, if not done, the reason therefor,
(d) the goals and progress of specific work or programs of the office,
(d) Timely clearance or not received from Taluk Ministry, Department regarding financial transactions,
(n) Date of office inspection,
(p) details of punishment for those who do not work and rewards given to those who do special work,
(h) The total expenses incurred by the donor party for research admission, amount and date of research admission request, research admission amount received and date, amount remaining to request research admission and the reason for it.
(2) Upon receipt of the completed report as per sub-rule (1), the relevant Treasury and Accounts Controller Office shall conduct a study on the matters related to its subject and send it to the Taluk Office of the concerned office within one month along with its response or opinion.
(3) SubAfter receiving the report according to rule (1) and (2), the concerned ministry shall evaluate the work performance and give incentives to those who need to give incentives and if the work is not satisfactory, they should ask for an explanation and give reasonable instructions.
(4) If the work cannot be completed within the time limit as per sub-rules (1) and (2), approval for extension of the deadline can be obtained from the officer mentioned in sub-rule (5) of rule 90 for a maximum period of thirty days.
