If a student is unable to take the annual examination due to illness or circumstances beyond his control, if his parents submit an application along with proof thereof, if the principal examines the application and finds that the application is reasonable, from the records in the school, such student may take another examination. If it is seen that he has done well, he will be able to take the exam of the main main subject as necessary and give the class to that student. But,
(1) No class will be offered to any student after one month from the commencement of the academic session.
(2) No student will be promoted in classes six and nine.
