(1) According to Section 40 of the Act, when the Ministry prepares the annual report, it shall be prepared in the format as per Schedule-21.
(2) Suggestions and recommendations pointed out in the report as per sub-rule (1) shall be implemented by the related bodies based on their priority and necessity.
