Section 168
Fix a date for payment of compensation, compensation or other amount
(1) When setting a date for the payment of damages, compensation or any other amount according to the judgment, the reason for the purpose for which the date has been fixed must be specified. But in the case of government failure or compensation, the government side does not have to stay on the date.
(2) If the person to be filled is absent on the date specified in subsection (1), the action related to filling shall be postponed on that day.
(3) If a person who is entitled to compensation, compensation or any other amount due to his inability to appear on the date specified in sub-section (1) makes a one-time application to the court within fifteen days, the compensation, compensation or other amount to be paid to such person according to the judgment shall be paid to such person.
