30.1 After the commencement of this Act, the City Development Committee under the Urban Development Act, 2045 shall automatically be dissolved. 30.2 After dissolution of the City Development Committee in accordance with sub-section 30.1, the work done by the committee and the rights and responsibilities shall be transferred to the authority.
