27.1 After the commencement of this Act, the Drinking Water and Sewerage Corporation established by notification of the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Water Resources published in the Nepal Gazette Part 3, Section 34, Number 14 dated 1st July 2041 shall be dissolved. 27.2 The actions taken by the dissolved corporation in accordance with sub-section 27.1 and the rights and obligations of that corporation shall be transferred to the corporation established in accordance with this Act. 27.3 The employees working in the dissolved company as per sub-section 27.1 will be transferred to the company established in accordance with this Act.
