(1) In order to fill the vacant post in the Nepali Army through open competition, the post filling committee shall publish or broadcast an advertisement in national level newspapers or other means of communication so that it can be publicized in different parts of Nepal, giving a deadline of at least one month after opening the necessary details.
(2) When advertising as per sub-rule (1), the advertisement shall be published in the format as per schedule-3.
(3) In order to fill the vacant posts in the Nepali Army through internal competition, the post filling committee shall open the necessary details and give a deadline of at least one month to submit the application. .
(4) After receiving the information or information according to sub-rule (3), the head of the concerned body shall confirm whether there is a candidate in his body and send the information to the Directorate of Admission Selection.
