Rule 12
Advertisement Publication
: (1) In order to fill up the vacancies in the Armed Police Service, the Commission shall publish the following advertisements in the national level newspapers so that publicity can be spread in different parts of Nepal. In this way, the information published in advertisement can be published and broadcasted through other means of communication as well.
(a)   Name of the post,
(b)   Required number,
(c)   Date and place of filing the application,
(d) Application Form,
(e)   Minimum qualification required,
(f)   Required certificates to be submitted,
(g)   Date and place of contact,
(h)   Manner of examination,
(h) Other conditions. (2) In accordance with sub-rule (1) when publishing the advertisement for the post to be filled permanently through open competitive examination, the candidate shall be given a period of at least thirty days to submit the application.
(3) Candidates who wish to participate in the advertisement as per sub-rule (1) shall fill the application form and submit the application form along with the examination fee as prescribed by the Commission at the place and time mentioned in the advertisement.
(4) An additional fee of twenty percent will be charged for each additional group when the application form is submitted even in open and inclusive groups of the same post.
(5) According to this rule, after the advertisement for the post of Inspector of Armed Police and Assistant Inspector of Armed Police is published, the vacant posts may be included in the same advertisement until the result of the written examination is published, and after the advertisement for other posts is published, until the result of the interview is published. .
