Section 52
Recognition of driver's license obtained from a foreign country
If a person has received a driver's license from a foreign country, if such person applies to drive the vehicle written in that license according to section 48, the authorized officer may issue the driver's license after taking the fee for the driver's license from such person. But such a person does not have to take any test to get a driver's license.
