Rule 41
Conduct and Conditions to be Followed by Foreigners
Every foreigner who enters, stays in Nepal, travels or departs from Nepal must follow the following conducts and conditions in addition to the provisions mentioned in the Act and this regulation -
(a) Do not go to the hiking area without a permit.
(b) Should not participate in politics.
(c) Do not possess or use items prohibited by prevailing laws or perform prohibited acts.
(d) Should not be made to do any activity contrary to local traditions and customs.
(e) The instructions given by the authorized officer in the walking area should be followed. (f) If requested by the office at the time of entry, presence or departure, identification details, photographs, thumb prints and documents related to entry, presence or departure shall be provided.
