Rule 169
Operation of School Funds
(1) The school shall spend the amount accumulated in the school fund according to the decision of the management committee.
(2) The operation of the school fund shall be done by the joint signature of the chairman of the management committee or the members of the management committee appointed by the committee and the principal.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (2), the operation of secondary and lower secondary school funds shall be done by the joint signature of the headmaster and the accountant or the teacher or staff working on accounting.
(4) The work of keeping the accounts of the school fund will be done by the headmaster and the person responsible for accounting.
(5) School funds can be opened and deposited in a nearby bank for school operations.
(6) The entire expenses of the school will be met from the amount accumulated in the school fund.
