(1) If an application is received in accordance with sub-rule (1) of rule 3 regarding the opening of a school, the district education officer shall examine the documents received with the application and upon examination, if it is found that the infrastructure as per rule 4 is completed for the school to be opened in that way, thirty days before the commencement of the academic session, the primary school and lower secondary school shall be opened. He will give permission himself in the format as per schedule-4 in advance and in case of secondary school, at least two months before the start of the academic session, the application received along with the opinion of the district education committee should be sent to the director.
(2) Before granting the permission according to sub-rule (1) or before sending the application to the director, the district education officer shall make the necessary investigation regarding whether the infrastructure as per rule 4 has been completed for the proposed school.
(3) If an application is received in accordance with sub-rule (1) regarding the permission to open a secondary school, the director shall scrutinize the documents with the application and if it is found that the infrastructure as per rule 4 for the proposed school has been completed, the applicant shall be allowed to open the school thirty days before the commencement of the academic session in accordance with schedule-4. Will allow.
(4) If there is an application to open a pre-primary school according to sub-rule (2) of rule 3, the concerned village development committee or municipality shall carry out necessary examination of the documents received with the application and the proposed school building. Permission will be given to open the school thirty days prior to its commencement in accordance with schedule-5.
(5) According to sub-rule (1) or (3), when the district education officer or director grants permission to open a school, it shall be subject to the school map approved by the Ministry and the number determined in relation to the permission to open the school.
