Rule 3
Applying for permission to open a school
(1) Those who wish to open a primary school, lower secondary school or secondary school must submit an application to the district education officer in the format as per schedule-1 along with the recommendation of the village education committee or municipality for permission at least three months before the start of the academic session.
(2) Those who wish to open a pre-primary school must submit an application to the concerned village development committee or municipality in the format as per Schedule-2 at least two months before the commencement of the academic session.
