Rule 12A
Basis for merger of schools
According to section 15 of the Act, when two or more schools are merged into one school, it can be done on the following basis:-
(a) Non-maintenance of infrastructure as per schedule-3 (b) Most of the classes do not have the number of students as per rule 77,
(c) The management committee of two or more schools have submitted a joint application to operate as a single school.
