Rule 22J
School operation procedures should be created and implemented
(1) The local body or the management committee shall conduct the school under its management in an orderly manner, appoint or promote teachers and staff other than community teachers in such schools, provide service facilities to the teachers and staff so appointed or promoted and provide such teachers and staff with departmental A school operating procedure should be made regarding punishment.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the school operating procedure made by the local body or the management committee shall be enforced after approval by the District Education Officer.
