: (1) To organize its operations, the fund may make and implement necessary regulations so as not to be detrimental to this Act and the rules made under this Act.
(2) The Fund may make regulations on the following matters without prejudice to the generality of the rights conferred by sub-section (1):-
(a) Relating to compensation process, claim payment and filing process,
(b) Relating to Investment Policy,
(c)   relating to the annual security fee to be paid by the protected member organisation,
(d) regarding membership certificate and authentication method procedure,
(e) relating to service conditions of employees of the Fund,
(f) relating to the financial, administration and audit of the Fund (G) Regarding the procurement process of services and goods,
(h) Relating to Agent Banks and Financial Liquidators,
(i) Staff Regulations, Manpower Employment Relations, Terms of Employment Contract,
(j) Regarding the meeting procedure of the Committee,
(k) regarding the organizational structure and performance of the Fund,
(l) relating to the delegation of functions and responsibilities (d) relating to other matters necessary for the performance of the fund. (3) The approval of the Ministry should be obtained when making regulations on financial obligations and long-term effects on the fund.
