(1) After filing the appeal in accordance with Rule 5 and receiving the decision and related documents in accordance with Rule 7, the court shall hold a hearing on whether or not the opponent should be withdrawn within fifteen days of receiving the decision and documents.
(2) If there is no difference in the decision or order made by the relevant agency or officer during the hearing according to sub-rule (1), the court may uphold the initial decision.
(3) Sub-rule (1). If it appears that the decision or order made by the relevant body or official may be different during the hearing, the court will order the name of the opponent to submit a written response if the opponent is an entity, and if the opponent is a person, to appear in person with a written response or to send his representative or Kanuch businessman. .
(4) After an order is issued by the court to withdraw the opponent in accordance with this rule, the registrar shall prepare and send a notice in the format as per schedule-2 to the party who has been made an opponent, and such notice shall be served within seven days.
