Rule 43
Arrangements related to various civil aviation subject ground class operating organizations
:
(1) Air services and associations licensed according to the prevailing law to conduct classes in various subjects related to civil aviation must submit an application to the Director General with the fees mentioned in Schedule-1 to obtain permission to conduct such classes.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), subject syllabus related to ground room, syllabus and qualification of trainers involved in training and training manual must also be submitted for approval. If the syllabus and training manual need to be changed from time to time, it must be submitted for approval before the class is conducted.
(3) If permission is submitted as per sub-rule (1) and approval as per sub-rule (2), the Director General may give permission and approval after necessary investigation.
