Objectionable

(1) After the case is submitted to the military court for preliminary investigation, the names of the president and members of the military court will be told to the accused and the accused will be asked if there is any opposition regarding the president and any member.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if the accused objected to the chairman and any member, the reason and the answer given by the objected chairman and member shall be recorded. In the absence of the opposed chairman and members, the unopposed chairman and members shall discuss and decide on such opposition.
(3) If at least fifty percent of the members accept the opposition of the accused, the position of the opposed chairman or member shall be vacant. Another officer should be appointed in the vacant position and in relation to the newly appointed chairman and members, the protest process should be followed again according to sub-section (1).
(4) After completion of the protest process according to sub-section (2) or (3), the military court will start the trial of the case.
