(1) The local level must send the details of vacant teacher posts of public schools within its area to the education development and coordination unit in the relevant district by the end of May of each year.
(2) When sending the details according to sub-rule (1), the school, vacancies (the approved teacher posts that are subject to vacancies) and the teacher posts that will be compulsorily retired on the basis of age by the end of the same year shall be sent including the details.
(3) After receiving the details according to sub-rule (1), the education development and coordination unit shall determine the total number of vacancies and send the school, level and subject details to the education and human resources development center within the middle of July of each year.
(4) After receiving the information according to sub-rule (3), the Education and Human Resource Development Center shall determine the total number of vacant posts and send the details of the schools, levels and subjects where the posts are vacant to the Commission by the end of August of each year for filling up the posts.
