Section 73
Details to be provided
: (1) Co-operative societies shall submit a report containing the following details every year to the Registrar or an officer authorized by the Registrar within the prescribed time:-
(a) Quarterly and annual reports of transactions and audit reports,
(b) Annual Program Policy and Planning,
(c) Policies and plans relating to net savings,
(d) List of directors' names and remaining tenures,
(e) Information regarding the meeting of the General Assembly,
(f) Number of share members and share capital,
(g) the outstanding amount of debt incurred by the director or member,
(h) Other particulars as may be prescribed from time to time by the Registrar or an officer authorized by the Registrar.
(2) The cooperative bank shall also submit the report as per sub-section (1) to Nepal Rastra Bank within the specified period.
