Rule 3
Filing details

(1) In the case of category (b) birtawal who has the duty to file details within the additional period given under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Act, if the details are not filed, in case of possession of such land, within 15 days after payment of the deadline, he shall, without paying any fee to the birtawal, prove that he has or knows that he is going to leave. The relevant Mal Adda can give a maximum of 3 months time to submit the evidence and details of the Sandhiyars of the 4 forts of that land, surname, watan khulai Mohi and the details of such commercial land earned from the status of Mohi.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), after the details of the land have been filed within the time limit, the details of the land that have been filed shall be filed in the village development committee or municipality office in a place where everyone can see the details, including the fact that the land will be registered in the name of the mohi as per sub-rule (3). If you have any complaint, you should post a notice stating that no one will have any complaint after coming to complain within 7 days from the date of posting the notice.
(3) If no one complains within the time limit when the notice is suspended as per sub-rule (2), the property must be registered in the name of Mohi according to the law, after collecting from the Mohi who filed the property details of the land as determined by the evidence submitted by the Mohi and the contract.
