(1) Details related to the curriculum, admission conditions, examination system and other necessary infrastructure and standards determined by the educational institution for the purpose of the relevant educational qualification certificate or degree as per sub-section (1) of section 21. The said report shall be submitted to the Council within three months from the end of each financial year.

(2) The Council shall recommend to the Government of Nepal to take necessary action against the educational institutions that do not submit the details as per sub-section (1).
