In the Particulars Sheet section of the main book, the following particulars of the vessel concerned shall be recorded:-
(a) Type of vessel according to motive power (such as sail, steam, turbine, diesel, diesel-electric etc.),
(b) Place of registration,
(c) number of decks, masts and funnels,
(d) Gross and Net Register Tonnage,
(e) the type of vessel and the purpose for which it is employed,
(f) the material of which the thing is made (such as wood, concrete, iron, steel or composite),
(g) Principal dimensions (overall length measured from stern to stern post on main deck, breadth of stern, height from stern to main deck),
(h) particulars of motive power (number and type of engines, number of cylinders, horse power, number and type of boilers, engine manufacturer's name and year of manufacture),
(j) the name of the ship's builder, and the place where the ship was built and the year it was launched,
(j) The load capacity shown by the grism load line (Draft on the summer load line),
(k) Gross weight capacity (one and a half weight capacity) on grism load line (summer load line),
(l) Free board from summer load line expressed in inches and centimeters,
(d) the maximum speed of the vessel in ballast and when fully loaded,
(d) Number of passengers that can be accommodated,
(n) the minimum number of seamen and crew required for the safety of navigation,
(p) Place of registration and previous nationality, if previously registered (th) current date of registration and date of issue of certificate of registration, and
(d) such other particulars as may be necessary for the identification of the vessel.
