- (1) The management body shall keep records of the following details for each financial year:-
(a) sub-section (1) of section 6, sub-section (3) of section 8, sub-section (3) of section 10, sub-section (2) of section 13, sub-section (3) of section 14 and sub-section (1) of section 15 The number of licenses and registration certificates granted, date of license or certificate granted and its type,
(b) The name of the person, institution or agency that exports, imports, buys, sells and transports endangered wildlife or plants or their specimens and the quantity and, if possible, the size of such wild animals and details of whether they are males or females, br> (c) Details of the endangered wildlife or flora or any specimen seized as per section 22 or recovered as per clause (c) of sub-section (3) of section 23,
(d) According to sub-section (1) of section 27, details of endangered wildlife or flora or samples thereof made available by the Government of Nepal to foreign countries,
(e) Sub-section of Section 30 in relation to endangered wildlife, flora or specimens seized or recovered under this Act. (1) details of the management,
(f) Details of endangered wildlife or plants or samples taken back by the concerned country in accordance with sub-section (3) of section 30.
(2) The details as per sub-section (1) shall be made public by the management body every year as prescribed.
