For license of travel or trekking agency or hotel, lodge, restaurant and resort bar or Section 45A. If any changes are made in the details disclosed during the application for the registration of tourism business, within fifteen days of doing so, the person who has the license of the travel or trekking agency or the hotel, lodge, restaurant and resort bar or Section 45A. The person who registers the tourism business according to the following must submit "before the Government of Nepal in case of license taken or registered from the Government of Nepal and before the State Government in case of license taken or registered from the State Government".
