If there is a dispute that a commercial land belongs to the "A" or "B" category, the Hakim should prepare a statement that this person has a dispute with regard to the quality of such land, like any other land. After receiving the notification that the final decision of the dispute is received, the matter according to the decision should be reported again in the Kaifiyat account.
