Rule 28
Able to choose mechanisms to resolve disputes
If the parties wish to settle any dispute that has not been filed with the arbitral tribunal through conciliation, they may choose any of the following mechanisms:-
(a) Institutions acting on conciliation,
(b) Local bodies,
(c) Community.
