(1) A maximum of 5 marks will be given at the rate of 1 every year to teachers who have special responsibilities like school headmaster, assistant headmaster, co-ordinator of extracurricular activities.
(2) In the case of teachers who have not worked for the whole year while giving marks for special responsibility, marks will be given in proportion to the period of work.
