Expert post
In cases where it is not necessary for the development of expertise based on qualifications, experience and the nature of the work, the Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and appoint an expert post to a specific post at the authorized level of the service. The special qualification required for that post should also be disclosed in such notification.
