(1) The University shall have a separate fund of its own and the following amounts shall be in that fund:-
(a) Amounts received in the form of assistance or grants from the Government of Nepal,
(b) Amounts received in the form of donations, donations, donations and financial assistance from any person or organization,
(c) Funds received in the form of loans or grants from international associations, organizations, foreign governments, agencies, financial institutions or individuals,
(d) Amounts received on account of student fees,
(e) Amounts received for affiliation fees,
(f) Amount received from other sources.
(2) According to clause (c) of sub-section (1), when the university receives any amount, it shall take the prior approval of the Government of Nepal.
(3) The funds of the University shall be opened and deposited in an account at the rate specified by the Executive Council.
(4) All the expenses of the University shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1).
(5) Funds and accounts of the University shall be operated as prescribed.
