Rule 125
Career Recommendation Committee
(1) In case of death of a teacher in the course of school work, there will be a committee for recommendation of the following members in the concerned district to make recommendations regarding the compensation to be received by his family or descendants:-
(a) Chief District Officer – Chairman (b) Head of District Police Office – Member
(c) Principal of the concerned school – member
(d) Head of District Health Office – Member
(D1) Representative, District Teachers Union – Member
(e) District Education Officer – Member – Secretary
(2) The committee as per sub-rule (1) shall determine whether the death of a teacher was in connection with the work of the school and recommend the amount of stipend to be given to the family or descendants of such a teacher.
