Specimens can be collected for scientific research (1) A person who wants to collect samples according to the law for the purpose of work or scientific research suitable for the interests of the park must submit a written application to the custodian. (2) ) The custodian who has received an application according to sub-rule (1) may issue a permit specifying the necessary conditions to collect samples for the purpose of hunting research for wild animals other than those mentioned in Schedule-1 of the Act.
(3) The fee to be charged for granting the permit in accordance with sub-rule (2) shall be as per the National Parks and Wildlife Protection Regulations, 2030.
