2. Definitions:

Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in these regulations,-

(a) “Act” shall mean the National Parks and Wildlife Protection Act, 2029.
(b) "Park" means Banke National Park (c) "Assistant Conservator" means the Assistant Conservator of the Park.
(d) "Vehicle" means a vehicle fitted with a motor engine (e) "Highway" means the highway passing through the park.
