Rule 33
Eligibility required to get personal license, rating and certificate
In order to get personal license, rating and certificate, you must meet the following qualifications
(a) Having obtained educational qualifications, age and other qualifications as mentioned in the Annex and Manual,
(b) having health qualification as per rule 34,
(c) Passed the qualifying examination taken by the authority as per rule 36.
