Rule 39
Arrangements for renewal of individual licenses, ratings and certificates
:
(1) According to Rule 38, an application should be submitted to the Director General for the renewal of licenses, ratings and certificates that have expired.
(2) When submitting an application according to sub-rule (1), the fee as per schedule-1 for renewal of such personal license, rating and certificate shall also be submitted.
(3) The format of the application to be given in accordance with sub-rule (1) and other procedures related to renewal of personal license, rating and certificate shall be as mentioned in the annex and manual.
