(1) If a person requests information on matters related to public office while serving in a public body, such body shall provide the information to the concerned person as requested.
(2) If an interested person requests information about a matter related to him in a public body, he should be provided with that information.
(3) The procedure for requesting and receiving information in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as mentioned in section 7.
(4) A fee as per Section 8 shall be levied when taking notice as per Sub-Section (1).
