Section 17
Attend the person Special arrangements must be made when attending the person

(1) According to the request made under section 15, if a person comes to Nepal in the context of mutual legal assistance, the central authority shall coordinate with the official body of the foreign state and make proper arrangements for the arrival and departure of such person in Nepal.
(2) If the person who came to appear in the context of mutual legal assistance is imprisoned according to the law of the respective foreign country, he should also be detained in Nepal and receive judicial assistance.
