A licensed person of a travel or trekking agency or a hotel, lodge, restaurant and resort harbor according to section 10 or section 45A. If the person who registered the tourism business as mentioned above closes his business, within fifteen days from the date of closure, he must give a notice to the "Nepal government in case of those licensed or registered by the Nepal government and to the state government in the case of those licensed or registered by the provincial government."
