: (1) The manager should conduct an inspection from time to time regarding whether or not someone is smoking or consuming tobacco in the public place related to him.
(2) During the inspection according to sub-section (1), if anyone is found to be smoking or consuming tobacco, the manager shall immediately stop smoking or consuming tobacco.
(3) If a manager smokes or consumes tobacco in a public place, the person or employee of that place and in the case of a public vehicle, the passenger of such vehicle shall immediately stop the manager from smoking or consuming tobacco.
(4) According to sub-section (3), if the manager smokes or consumes tobacco, the person who knows or sees it can file a complaint with the inspector.
