Section 88
Management Examination
Apart from the matters within the scope of the Public Service Commission, the Ministry of General Administration shall supervise, monitor and evaluate whether the employees working in the various agencies of the Ministry of Health have not followed this Act and the rules made under this Act and other administrative rules and procedures, and during such supervision, any employee If it is deemed necessary to take departmental action on the above, it can also recommend the same and submit its annual report to the Government of Nepal.
