Rule 28
Circumstances in which the management committee can be dissolved
The management committee can be dissolved in the following cases:-
(a) In case of misappropriation of school property,
(b) Disturbing the educational environment of the school,
(c) In case of acting contrary to the policy of the Government of Nepal,
(c1) A community-run school shall comply with rule 22A. If you do not work according to the agreement made according to sub-rule (5),
(d) failing to manage the school satisfactorily, or
(e) Failure to comply with the instructions given by the concerned agency or officer.
