Rule 24A

Amount, house or land to be provided to be a member of the management committee

For the purpose of clause (E1) of sub-section (1) of section 12 of the Act, the highest amount among the donors providing an amount, house or land exceeding fifty thousand rupees to a community school. , the person providing the house or land should be nominated as a member of the management committee.
