Rule 43
Management Committee

(1) In order to strengthen the institutional framework of the Public Prosecutor's Office and to take decisions on policy issues, there will be a management committee as follows:-
(a) Attorney General - Chairman (b) Heads of Departments - Member (c) Associate Attorney in charge of Administration - Member - Secretary (2) Meeting of the Management Committee will be held as required.
(3) In the event that the position of the Attorney General is vacant or the Attorney General is absent from the office for a long time due to any reason, a decision can be taken at a meeting of the Management Committee with the presence of only other members of the Management Committee.
(4) The management committee may invite any government lawyer, expert or employee to the meeting as per the requirement.
(5) Other procedures related to the meeting of the management committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
